Human Factors refers to the interaction between the individual and his/her surroundings and to the psychological, physical, social, biological and safety characteristics of the individual within the system. Human Factor Performance assessments, coaching and training courses have been developed for all individuals and teams working in a dynamic environment and consists of 22 factors that form the core of the 9 elements in the HFP approach.

The basis of the HFP program is Crew Resource Management (CRM)/Team Resource Management (TRM), and the proven application for safe and effective work in dynamic sectors.
